Prisma Rehabilitative Services, Inc. was established in August 2007. The business was founded by Dr. Julia M. Gutierrez. Dr. Gutierrez strongly values education, compassion, dignity, and respect. These values are the foundation in which Vocational Rehabilitation and Counseling services are delivered to assist customers reach their maximum potential and enjoy quality of life.
I conduct Vocational Evaluations, CANS Assessments for foster care, Mental Health/Behavioral Assessments for Workers Comp., Eligibility Disability Evaluations for Alaska, injured workers living in Texas, Individual/Family Counseling Services, Anger Management, Life Skills, & Parenting Classes. Also, I provide Vocational Expert Testimony for Social Security.
