Narrative

I believe in providing therapy as unique as you are. I am a master's degree (M.S.-R.L.S.) Recreational Therapist (RT) in private practice at Inclusion Therapies. I provide a variety of Experiential Activity-Based Therapy treatments for mental & physical optimum health for all ages via online telehealth and in-person sessions. At our Austin, Texas location, the Center for Therapeutic Recreational Technology (CTRT), we provide biofeedback therapy, video gaming therapy, and virtual reality therapy. In the greater Austin, Texas area we provide mobile Aquatic therapy, outdoor Nature therapy, Community-Based & limited Home-Based sessions.

I integrate psychological health protection and promotion based on each individual client's meaningful leisure experiences to provide customized wellness intervention activity-based therapies. As a health and wellness professional, my focus is on evidence-based rehabilitation/therapeutic treatments. Limited working proficiency in Vietnamese (not fluent).
Before opening my private practice, I was the Manager, Resident Programs, at a Skilled Nursing Facility. I was responsible for quality of life programming for residents. My private practice focus continues to be on optimal quality of life therapy that is customized for each individual. I look forward to working with you to create your unique therapy sessions
