Sometimes, the smallest steps can lead to the biggest change! I am a LPC-S(Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor). I have been  offering services in the DFW area since 2007. Services are for children, adults, and families. I have a warm and caring way of working with people. I can help you find your best qualities. I can help you feel empowered. I can help you understand yourself and/or your child. You can be ready to face the big and little problems that life can throw your way.

 My main area is play therapy. I work with teens, adults, and families as well, including twins.

As a LPC-S, I lead a team that cares about helping children, adults, and families. We help you feel cared for.  We can empower you to make changes.
