Narrative

 I am trained in adjustment to disability and recovery from Traumatic Brain Injury, Post-Concussive Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, Stroke and Spinal Cord Injury. Not only adjustment for the survivor but for their families and caregivers. I am passionate about helping people work toward having as much control over their lives as possible. I can provide the tools to do so. I will help them do this in ways that work best for them  Therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” process.

Mental Health and Recovery do not have to be a lonely place for individuals, survivors or caregivers. Let me walk beside you on this journey to a new life. AVAILABLE NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS!


I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Brain Injury Specialist who specializes in adjustment to physical, emotional, developmental and mental disabilities that helps the person work toward being a more independent. I do this through counseling, psychoeducation, coping skills training, job searching and navigating resources available in the community.
