Narrative

Services are primarily provided to Texas residents only. All therapy is done through telehealth.

So what makes me different from all of the other therapists whose profiles you’ve been reading? I believe that YOU are the expert when it comes to helping YOU. My role in our counseling relationship is to create a safe and inviting space. A place where you can breathe. Together we can address your concerns. We can explore your story.  You will learn to use your own strengths to guide you towards personal growth, deeper self-understanding, and peace of mind.

I use a variety of therapeutic methods, I also equip you with coping strategies. Mindfulness tools can help you deal with daily stress. I’m ready to support and assist.
