Narrative

I work with teens, young adults, families, and people.  I have had the chance to work with families in crisis. Wanting to kill yourself, self-harm, domestic violence, abuse (including physical, emotional, and sexual), grief, and more.

I believe the first step to healing is a healthy relationship. I understand how difficult it can be to seek help in the first place.  I take pride in providing a safe, non-judgmental, warm space for my clients. We can look at and process difficulties you are facing. I utilize a client centered approach. It allows me to meet my client where they are. You are an expert in yourself. I am someone who can help you look at difficult thoughts, emotions, decisions, and situations.
