Narrative

I work together with children, teens, adults, parents, couples, and families. I empower them to reach their goals and be their best. I  help children, teens, and adults with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, developmental disorders, academic challenges, social difficulties, and mental health disorders (anxiety/depression). I also help parents struggling to raise their child(ren). We live in a fast-paced and changing society. I also offer counseling to adults dealing with work/life transitions, anxiety/depression, relationship issues, and chronic pain/illness.


I use an mixed approach to therapy. It is solution-focused and person-centered in individual, couples, family, or group counseling settings. I offer a unique way of looking at problems. I use my expertise as a professional and a mother of adult children with autism, learning disabilities and other challenges.


The world can be a tough place to navigate alone. Life throws you challenges. I would love to work with you. I can help you overcome hard times and reach your goals.
