Generally, I work with people who feel stuck. They want change in their life. They don’t know how to do it. They may feel afraid of change. They may feel people close to them don't care. Others may feel alone in their lives. They struggle to cope with transitions or life events. My style of therapy includes working with you as a team. We can make goals. We can look at ways to change. We will look at your thoughts, feelings, and ways of acting.

We may use a mix of tools, problem-solve, and learn new skills to help you meet your goals. I believe that therapy is best when you use what you have learned. We may set some weekly tasks to be done outside of the session.

I find I work best with people who are comfortable with me. I have a down-to-earth, honest, direct, and relaxed approach. If you feel that I would be a good fit for you, please reach out me.
