Have you been struggling with anxiety or depression? Has your teen not been listening to you? Do you have an eating disorder? Is there another mental disorder you've been dealing with? Whatever your struggle, we're here to help at New Heights Counseling LLC. We have 4 locations and 8 therapists on staff. Our locations include: Arlington, Coppell, Denton, and Plano. All of our counselors specialize in Anxiety and Depression. In addition, each counselor also has their own personal list of specialties. We look forward to working with you!

With our wide variety of therapists and specialties, we will make sure to match you with the perfect counselor to suite your needs. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy in-person at our Arlington, Coppell, Denton, and Plano offices. We also offer online therapy. Many of our counselors use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

We are here to offer you HOPE. We have seen people go from down and out to happy and peaceful again. Often, we can get you in with a counselor within the week. If you're ready to set up an appointment, give us a call. We can't wait to meet you!
