Narrative

I have more than 10 years of experience in working with children, teens, families and adults. I use a mix of both cognitive behavioral, somatic and sand tray play to give ways to show emotions, find meaning and give hope for positive change. I like working with adults on the Autism Spectrum, ADHD and other neurodiverse people. I have received more training in these areas.

My practice focuses on adults struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. I find it important to teach my clients how to understand, sense and manage their feelings. I use a variety of methods-CBT, DBT, Sandtray and Somatic Transformation, a body based method of trauma treatment.
