This isn't any therapy. You are choosing the best! You are choosing results! I am a straight to the point kind of therapist. It doesn't matter what you bring to the table, just bring it.  I'll make it better! If you need to yell, cry, cuss, its okay. I have a whatever it takes, kind of attitude. I am certified in CBT and EMDR.You will be a new person.
