Narrative

Deciding to start therapy can be a scary time in life. I am here to help you. As your counselor, I can help name your goals, find your strengths, and teach healthy coping skills. I work with children, adults, and families to work on healing. I like working with all ages., I specialize in working with children (and their caregivers) and people with an abuse history. In therapy, we will use your strengths and interests, such as art or play for children, to individualize treatment!

I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
