I am happy to have my dream job. I feel happiness and pride in my work everyday. I know  many of us do not have that chance. People have many challenges that prevent them from feeling happiness. It can cause anxiety, depression, panic, and feeling lost. Feelings can be hard to deal with. Counseling can help you work towards goals that lead to happiness.  You just have to reach out.


I focus and care where your needs are put first. I am happy to work with people and families. I have an interest in:

  • family changes such as divorce or separation

I do work with teens and adults with anxiety and trauma.
