Narrative

I have always wanted to truly know the people I meet. Everyone has a story that includes good times as well as hardships. In life, we get thrown all types of hardships we never thought of. We may not be able to cope with or handle them. My goal is to meet you where you are at emotionally. I will walk alongside you on your healing journey. I will work with you to help you understand your value. We can restore relationships with family, friends as well as with yourself. I will also help you to gain awareness, insight, and tools. You can see and make the changes you want.

I have worked in the helping field.  I enjoy working with all ages and genders struggling with:

• attachment disorders 
• new life transitions
