I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  I use tools to help you look at thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I work in a safe and caring space.

My goal is for you or your loved one to feel heard. You can feel safe. You can share things that are not good in your life. Counseling can feel scary. You are making a good choice by reaching out.
