Hello, I'm Lexi! I am here to help you with your healing in therapy. I can't wait to get started!

Are you tired of feeling hopeless and anxious over something that feels out of your control? Are you trying to fool yourself into thinking you’re fine? Have you seen a horrific scene? Have you felt that no one can ever understand how it feels? Do you feel like you can’t escape the constant replay of the trauma? Having a problem moving on with your life? When you are facing a hard time you need an unbiased person to help you. Therapy is the best toolbox. There are ways to help you get where you need to be! I am currently in training for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well to help!


It is possible to live a happier and healthier life.  You don’t always have to have the answers. It’s okay to say no. We can explore what the source of the problem is. We can problem solve together! You can find tools on how to cope with your stress. You can build positive relationships. You can have energy to enjoy life again.


I want to work with you on making a plan for your personal growth.  I am familiar with subculture, language, and humor. I am always learning to provide the best resources. When I am not a therapist, I spend time with my family. I binge watch all the shows, read, and hang out with my dog.
