I think we all can use professional help in our lives. Why not start now? My approach is supportive, caring, direct. I will work with you. I fit my counseling to your needs. I welcome traditional and nontraditional people. Anyone who feels marginalized, alone, or undervalued. We'll work on building connections and finding answers, one step at a time.
My clients are adults and teens in a mostly one on one meeting. I offer therapy, consultation, & counseling. I work on common issues, such as depression (bipolar and unipolar), anxiety, and life transitions. I also work with neurodiverse populations, such as Autism Spectrum Disorders (including Asperger's Syndrome) and ADD/ADHD.
I have two practice locations in the Austin and Lakeway area. I speak Russian. I do counseling in both English and Russian.
