I believe that everyone has a purpose in life. You may need help on your life's journey. I made a safe, warm, no judgment space for you to come to and voice your fears, life stressors, and worries. These things can stop you from living your life to the fullest.

My experience covers 22 years of working with children, teens, adults, families, individuals with physical disabilities, mental health, and drug addiction. I specialize in counseling people with anxiety, depression, PTSD/Trauma, drug addiction, grief, hoarding, behavior issues, life transition, and self-esteem.

I want to help you in finding your voice and purpose in life. You can live your fullest without stress and fear. You can learn skills to use when faced with life stress. You can be whole when faced with problems and changes in life. You can be or become your true real self.
