I am happy you are here. Finding the right counselor is an important first step towards healing and wellness. Please look through my website to learn a little bit more about me. You can see what I do and where I am work. See if you think I’ll be a good fit to help walk alongside you.

Are you struggling with recent personal events? Do you have past or present traumas or losses? Are you going through life transitions, or have general life stress? Do you need help learning how to deal with these things in a  meaningful, or healthy way? Then you have come to the right place.  I am happy you are here. We can expect to experience one or more issues at some point in our lives. We are not expected to go through them alone. I enjoy helping people who are struggling. Grrief, anxiety, boundaries, life transitions, are a few. I provide a warm, safe space for you to act yourself and be heard.


I will work together with you  I people where they are.  I help them get to where they want to be. I use caring and kind ways to help you. I want to help you bounce back. I use several counseling styles and tools to help you meet your needs.
