Narrative

Do you feel heavy with despair? Do you struggle each day to keep your head just above the darkness and fear? Does it take all you energy to stay afloat? Are you feeling overwhelmed by feelings of helplessness and hopelessness? Do you feel like you’re not being heard by your partner? Or not appreciated? Is there an issue surrounding a lack of faithfulness, money, being a parent, the in-laws, or work? Or maybe you’d both just love to connect on a deeper level? Do you want to better understand and cope with trauma? Are you feeling great sadness after the death of a loved one? I deeply value, understand and listen.

I provide a safe and caring place where healing, growth, and change can happen. I provide a setting where non-judgement, empathy, unconditional positive regard exist. I provide a multi-dimensional way to help people with problem solving. I use a person-centered style by exploring/resolving iffiness.

Everyone goes through challenges in life. You may have successfully faced other problems in your life. It's not wrong to look for extra support when you need it. In fact, therapy is for people who know they need a helping hand. That is something to be admired.
