Narrative

Life is not the same for each person. We all look at  problems differently.  I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist. My hope is to help strengthen my clients. They need to be aware of themselves. They want to grow and have a good life.

I love to work with children. I help people with issues of:

  • body image
  • self-esteem
  • important life events/changes
  • behavior problems
  • problems getting along with people

I have experience working with clients with deep personal histories.  This can be harm to self, harm from others, and struggles to feel safe in themselves.


Through listening, caring, and humor, I create a relaxing and calm space. It is free of judgement for each person. I am a Registered Play Therapist. I have training that can be used with children, teens, and adults. I use counseling that is different from “talk therapy”.


Currently accepting BSW Health Plan, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Tricare. I have afternoon, evening, and weekend times. I look forward to working with you.
