Narrative

I'm a caring and concerned therapist. I want to provide you "armor to go out and fight your life battles."  Life and its stress cause depression, anxiety, relationship issues, etc.. It makes it difficult to live in everyday settings. It can be as work or dealing with family. I try to provide counseling helping you move closer towards your goals. I want to lessen your problems.

I work with adults seeking counseling help. I work with  anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I work with student athletes. 

I counsel in a caring and accepting space. I have lots of therapeutic and personal experience to help you overcome the hardships in your life that you're struggling with. I believe that I can help you take the steps needed to reach your goals.
