Narrative

My way of working with people is caring and person-centered. I believe each person is the expert on themselves. My role is to be a supportive guide throughout the healing process. I work with a variety of issues like:

• trauma 
• sexual abuse  
• sexual assault 
• grief & loss 
• anxiety,
• depression 
• family, work, or social stress

You may have years of hurt and challenging situations. In counseling, I will be here to help you with that pain.

I am a certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy therapist.  I have also received a certificate in Trauma-focused CBT. I  help trauma survivors find their voice to take healing back into their hands.

I am here to help you in your healing journey. Taking the first step can be hard. My staff and I will help you with each step along the way.
