Narrative

My goal is to meet the person where they are in their life. I can help with with ways for you to grow. I use CBT, client and solution focused therapies. Tools used vary by your needs. They may be:

• problem-solving
• homework
• understanding beliefs, thoughts, and feelings
• focusing on the here and now

I enjoy serving people, ages 16+. They may have:  anxiety

• depression
• life changes
• ADHD 
• Autism Spectrum Disorder

I am caring. I use humor to help build sharing and trust.

I have worked with people to set goals. I like using humor. We can look at your feelings. I hope you will view our time as self-care.

I may not understand what life is like in your shoes I do have an open heart to hear your story. I can support you moving forward. I’d enjoy getting to know you. I would like to have you set up a free talk with me.  Take it easy on yourself.
