Narrative

Growing up in a large, blended family, I learned firsthand how to deal with relationships of all kinds. This fostered a desire to help others heal. I had the opportunity to counsel veterans and civilians suffering from PTSD and childhood trauma. This led me to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which can yield remarkable results in processing and healing trauma responses. I am EMDR trained and also use Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT and DBT. There is a solution to end the cycle of suffering. We can be free of emotional pain caused by trauma and childhood experiences and live our best lives now.


I help clients confront the self-defeating patterns of thoughts and behaviors that cause problems. We have a choice to change our mindset and develop more self-esteem, better relationships, and peace in our lives. If you have the desire to be free from emotional pain then I can help find the solutions.


I would love to help you navigate the healing process. I will assist you in taking the necessary action to change the narrative with forgiveness, love, kindness, and compassion for yourself and others.
