I use a holistic approach to mental health, incorporating, cognitive and behavioral approaches, solution-focused, strength-based, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and mindfulness. I also take into consideration physical health, nutritional health, herbal supports, yogic/ayurvedic practices, spirituality and laughter therapy. Some clients prosper with linear approaches, prescriptive techniques and clearly defined goals, while others thrive in taking a deeper dive into personality, unconscious motivations and the therapeutic relationship. I believe an integration of approaches can help you be successful.


I'm here to support you in your journey to healing and better health. Each of us has unique needs along with inherent strengths and resources. I will help you tap into your own resources, provide you with the tools for healing and support you in self-discovery.


I will meet you where you are and listen to understand your needs. We will co-create a treatment plan that allows you to experience your greatest healing and growth.
