Narrative

I want to help you look at your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We can work at a pace that is good for you. We will only talk about the tough stuff when the time is right. We will spend a lot of time building a bond and trust. We can talk about your problems when you're ready. You're in the driver's seat. You choose how fast we go.

You can expect to have a safe space of caring and total acceptance.

I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. I hope is that we can work together. You will feel ready and helped to overcome anything.
