Enough of COVID stress! You know that "I'm just tired/need to change my diet/workout" is not the issue. Friends want you to go to happy hour, but you don't have an hour nor do you have any happy! You have no more emotional energy to give. Your coping skills are shot. Yet life keeps happening and you are going through the motions to make it happen. Call me.
