My goal for every person that I encounter is for them to understand the importance of how optimal physical health plays such a vital role in one’s mental wellness. As we sift through emotional triggers as well as past and present traumas, we will also discuss eating and nutritional habits in order to create a lifestyle that sets the foundation for complete wellness.
