Narrative

My name is Alex! I have been practicing Social Work since March 2014. I have a history of work with children and families in the school setting. I recently decided to jump into clinical social work, providing therapy to youth, individuals, and families to help them through difficult times. I strive to help you feel encouraged and empowered.

Building and maintaing a relationship with your therapist is a key role while receiving counseling. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My therapy session always include respect, empathy, honesty while actively listening and effectively communicating with my clients.
