Narrative

Are you getting a little restless from living day to day? Are you having problems relationships with yourself or others?  You may feel emotionally isolated from others. You may be fighting to find your voice in the face of injustices affect AAPI and BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse individuals which are built into the framework of our society. Maybe your struggle is closer to home. You want to support your kids or explore your own needs and values. If you’re wondering where to start, you’re in the right place.

I use person-centered counseling to invite you to lead our working relationship as an exploration of your needs and values. Through telehealth counseling, we will talk through your experiences and use expressive arts activities and sandtray therapy too. You know best what you need to heal, and we will discover what works best for you!

Your experiences are unique, and you’re worthy of receiving support for what concerns you. The journey towards healing may be difficult, but it’s a journey we can go on together.
