I feel most people can change their behavior. They can look at their problems. I use counseling tools that look at people's natural skills. They can change their feelings and behaviors. They can learn new ways to change.


EMDR can help with the feelings that stop people from moving on. Play therapy lets children work through anger or fears in a safe setting. I can help children learn to work on their problems.


Relaxation helps the body relax. The mind can help people plan their next step. I am a practicing Christian. I pray with and for people I see.
