Raise self esteem. Help you to learn behaviors and thoughts that assist you. You can move in your world safely. Be your true self and with others. This is your time to move from surviving to healing. I'm here to help you.

I truly believe people can overcome trouble. Your time in your treatment is very important. Each meeting is fitted  to your needs. The full benefit is gained from each meeting. Half & full-day sessions are available.
