We can meet in-office or by video conferencing over the computer (online).

As your therapist, my hope is to provide empowerment, education, and encouragement to build on your existing strengths. Within a comfortable and trusting environment, we can begin to break down barriers and faulty beliefs that hold you back. We will work towards new ways of thinking in order to move you forward to a place of hope and healing.

While it is important to me to offer an individualized experience, I practice from an Adlerian approach and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Primary goals are understanding how the past influences the present, addressing unresolved issues, and creating solutions to overcome current challenges.


After earning a BS in Psychology from Angelo State University, I continued my education by receiving an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and have practiced in inpatient care, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and private practice.
