Narrative

I am here to help you find answers to your own challenges. As a Licensed Psychologist, I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your individual needs, goals, and personality. I have a safe and confidential space. Therapy needs motivation, commitment, courage, and a willingness to make positive changes. Upon mutual agreement, based on mutual respect and trust, I look forward to being of professional service to you in this process.

I consider the body, mind, and spirit to be interconnected. I focus on helping people develop their own strengths and resiliency. Therapy may include learning and practicing coping strategies and techniques, re-framing, developing healthy mental and physical habits, etc... Also, I conduct psychological evaluations when appropriate.
