I look at my role as someone who provides a safe space where people can learn more about themselves. They can talk about their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. If you have  goals in mind for therapy or are just wanting to dive into some self-exploration, it's incredibly rewarding for me to help you get to those "aha!" moments. They can lead to positive changes in your life. I believe that good therapy involves working together. I feel honored when people allow me to be with them as they experience and work through difficult feelings.

I have experience working with addictions. I've helped people deal with trauma. I've seen that most of us were never really taught healthy ways to cope with painful feelings in life. My goal is to help you learn healthier ways to relate to and deal with these feelings.

The biggest changes I've seen in my own counseling have happened due to the safe relationships I've had with therapists.  I felt like I could tell them the things I felt most shameful about regardless of how afraid I was.
