Narrative

I like working with people of all ages. I am often referred teens who are involved in the Juvenile Justice System. I can provide sex ed and guidance to all ages within the framework of their family, community, and religious beliefs. I give parents guidance in helping them to navigate through the courts and their children's schools. I can offer advice and more resources. I provide psychotherapy for people struggling with family or personal issues. I am available daytime and early evening hours.

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist. I look at a persons core beliefs in order to uncover negative, distorted, or irrational thinking patterns. Once these destructive thoughts are recognized we are able to modify them to become more positive and healthy.

I use relaxation techniques to help reduce stress reactions, anxiety, and depression. For those who are desiring a radical change in their life, I offer support and guidance. I practice and encourage regular exercise.
