Hi, I’m Heather and I focus on helping Couples, Teens, and Adults THRIVE. I love to connect with Couples who are needing support to make their relationships work…For both parties.
I will get ‘in the trenches’ with you to find out what has happened to cause the struggles you face. Then we will work to develop tools you can use to improve your life. I will help you make the changes necessary to begin to find JOY with yourself and/or your significant other.
