Narrative

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate.  I love working with diverse populations including young and older adults. I want to help them  in solving life challenges. I believe that most people want to learn how to live a life where everyday life stressors unburden them.

I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus brief therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I can help people learn new ways of solving problems. My approach is both team based and person-centered.
