Narrative

Do you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? Are you a parent wanting help for your youth or teen? Is life sometimes too fast for you to handle? You don’t know where to turn? Are your thoughts keeping you from being the best person you would like to be? Do you feel like there’s just something missing in your life? Do you feel like no one understands? Is silence the way you’ve picked?

Don't struggle or go through life alone. Life sometimes takes us by surprise. We're not fully ready to deal with those changes. I work with diverse groups. Groups can be teens, families, and adults who have difficulty with life stages. My counseling style is open, honest and accepting. It may change depending on the person.

Some of the tools I use are active listening, CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), answer based counseling and play therapy. I would love to help you learn coping skills, mindfulness, and self-care.
