Narrative

I am currently only offering Teletherapy services.

If you or someone you love is seeking therapy services, I can help by guiding you or your loved one to identify the issue(s) and find the inner strengths to start your journey to heal and thrive.

I am a veteran who served active duty in the U.S. Air Force. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, military service members, and veterans. I have worked at various children’s shelters and at a psychiatric hospital with clients with CPS backgrounds, unaccompanied immigrant children, suicidal and self-harming behaviors.

As a counselor, I practice empathy and compassion when working with clients to allow them to feel supported and guided within their struggles without judgements. I practice multiple strategies and techniques that are individualized for each client. I want to help clients reach their goals and overcome the challenges they have been struggling with.
