We work to create a genuine, nonjudgmental, safe and collaborative relationship with our clients. In a comfortable space, we offer support and practical feedback to help each person where they are. Within the therapeutic relationship, people learn ways to improve their interpersonal relationships, increase emotional health and well being and effectively address personal life challenges.
We help our clients recover, live and thrive again following life hardships. From Complicated Grief and Loss Issues, Trauma Recovery, Life transitions, and Relationship issues we provide effective care that supports resilience. Our services are available to children, teens, adults, couples and families.
We are currently accepting new client in office and telehealth appointments for our Allen offices with immediate availability Monday -Friday 8am -5pm with select providers.
