Hi, I’m Melissa! Do you ever just feel stuck? Trapped in a tough place? In an unhealthy relationship? You’re not alone! If you are struggling with:

You know your own life best. I can help you make a safe space. I can help  you tap into your strengths. We can develop coping skills. This will lead you to a happier, healthier, more productive life. I also provide play therapy for children.  It brings me joy to watch a child heal through play.


I have office hours in both Plano and Wylie. I would be honored to support your goals. I want to be part of your journey to healing.
