I believe everyone deserves to live their best life. That looks different for each person in every walk of life. There are times in life when things can get really tough. It feels like your head is under water. I work with your day to day struggles.  Some are:

My goal is to create a safe work space. We can work together. We can help meet your goals and needs. I offer counseling that fits you. Each person is different. I have worked with kids, teens, young adults, and adults. I work one on one and in groups. 

I am so proud of you for seeking counseling. This is a big step. Life is really challenging. There are times when we need someone to help lift us up.  I want to be the one that helps lift you up.
