I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience working as a psychotherapist in private practice and in Community Counseling. I have helped people in their recovery from depression, anxiety, unstable relationships, PTSD, OCD, ADHD. I also specialize in maternal mental health and postpartum support for new parents.

I have helped many who have gone through physical trauma or emotional abuse. My approach includes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I teach Mindfulness to increase the ability to tolerate emotional pain and decrease suffering. I also teach relaxation, self care and self compassion.
