As a bilingual License Professional Counselor, and a Rehabilitation Counselor, I specialized in treating different disorders and people with functional diversity including, physical, medical issues, mood disorders, substance use disorders, interpersonal issues, and trauma.

I am glad you are taking the first step to seek help, I understand that seeking a therapist is not a easy task, that is why I am here to work with you, and elaborate an individualized treatment to support your needs. I believe in the mind, body and spirit, therefore I utilized a client-centered, an holistic approach with evidence-based practices including expressive arts.

My goal is to provide a safe and a nonjudgmental space, and working where you are at this point in your life. I will walk you through this journey and explore the necessary tools to help you accomplish your goals, and get to where you want to be. Together we will discuss current issues and stressors, experiences, strengths, values, and life challenges to help you transition to a better and healthier life style to support your wellbeing.
