You want to find healthy ways to deal with family and friends. You might want to name not so good behaviors within yourself or a relationship. I will work one-on-one with you to meet your goal. Together, we will look at where you are now. I provide a safe, welcoming space. You can feel comfortable to share. Self-discover and test new ideas and tools. I can help keep you moving along the journey of life.
