Narrative

The world can be a scary place, and I hope to provide you with a safe space to express your feelings. My goal is for you to feel validated and heard, no matter what your presenting concerns may be. I am an LGBTQIA ally and welcome people from all walks of life and backgrounds. We can work toward your therapy goals. I believe that we can always learn new things from other people. I would be honored to walk along with you on this road of self-discovery and growth.
I treat each person as the unique individual you are. I approach my counseling methods the same way. I use an eclectic approach to fit the needs of people and encourage growth. I try to use a warm and sharing space to help people  increase their self-awareness and understanding of the world.

As a therapist, I want people to know that they have someone who understands what it feels like to be on the other side of the couch. I've personally been in therapy. I know how hard it can be to reach out for treatment. But know that that is the hardest part. You have already made a huge leap toward your future!
