Narrative

Hello, I am Dr. Lauren Rothstein. I specialize in individual and family therapy as well as psychological assessment for young adults, adults and teens. My approach with people is holistic. I look at each part of an person's life to help people reach their goals. I believe that a person is viewed in the context of the systems with which they interact (home, school, religious affiliations, extended family, extracurricular activities, and cultural identity). I am also trained in evidenced-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT, EMDR, and family systems.


I provide one-on-one and family therapy for Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Learning Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorders, transitional and career issues, LGBTQ issues, and trauma. In addition, I provide psychological evaluations for Learning Disability, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Autism, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and psychosis.


Through a relationship built upon mutual respect, trust and unconditional acceptance, I provide an open, non-judgmental space for you and your family to look at your concerns and needs. All people are unique. I work to tailor my therapy interventions and assessments to each family’s needs. I look forward to working with you and supporting you.
