Tired of feeling overwhelmed and down? Is everything a battle when it comes to making changes and/or getting things done? Are you having a hard time focusing and concentrating? Lets talk! Txt or call to see if my therapeutic style can be helpful to you.

My counseling style is supportive and person centered. I believe counseling should be collaborative. The person and therapist work together to reach the person's goals. I like to tailor treatment plans to the person I am working with. I want to make sure and take in account their personality, life experiences, culture, and goals.

I typically use a variety of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and interventions. However, interventions used in session are highly individualized to the person, their personality and preferences, and their therapy goals.
